This is a background hiss my cheap microphone records when i use my laptop. I recorded with audacity. This one has spikes of static noise every so often, sounding almost like faint voices. It's creepy in my opinion. It can also sound like water or a waterfall running in the background, or a beeping futuristic computer in a spaceship.

Kid around 4 year old crying (tantrum) outside in the distance echoing among buildings. Some city rumble in background. I edited the sound to remove the mother's voice. Use an high-pass filter 120hz to diminish city rumble. Recorded with zoom h4n-pro 48 khz / 24 bit. Use freely on your personal commercial and non-commercial projects. I was playing around with a mic i borrowed from my school when this little plane flew over my house. I quickly opened my window and recorded this sound. You can also hear some birds and kids playing (i live near a school). The sound is heavily gained so you should hear some noise.
